SHIPPING & RETURNS

All garments are made to order, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be shipped. All of our orders are trackable and sent with Australia Post. The delivery options are Parcel Post, allow 5-10 business days once dispatched and Express Post, allow 1-4 business once dispatched. These timeframes are just a guide and delivery times will depend on your location within Australia. If you require your order by a certain date please notify us before placing your order.

International orders are trackable and sent with Australia Post. Delivery timeframes depends on location but mostly with 7-20 business days. Rampage Rides cannot take responsibility for any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country. These fees vary widely from country to country therefore we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to making any online purchase. Australia Post provide us with an estimated delivery timeframe therefore any delays in transit do not constitute for a refund and the timeframes advised are a guide only. We are not responsible for any additional charges the delivery carrier may charge. If your order is returned back to us for any reason you will be notified and required to pay postage cost for it to be shipped again.

USA deliveries - Due to the recent tariffs there may be additional charges. Please note that we are not responsible for any duties, taxes or carrier brokerage fees that may be associated with the shipment and that is solely the responsibility of the receiver/customer (consignee).
